Windjana Gorge on the Fairfield Leopold Downs Road.
It is a 3.5 Km long gorge formed by the Lennard River. Has lots of birds
and fish. Lots of walk trails with signs explaining the area. Facilities
for camping, coach tours, caravans. |

the only way is to walk. It is about two hours to get to this spot. |

Gorge. This is a horseshoe shaped gorge with a waterfall
that falls 20 meters into a round pool. |

Lennard Gorge, a 5 Km long gorge with steep cliffs,
waterfall and pool. It is a
walk to access this spot (two hours to walk to the Gorge end) but it is worth while as the swimming
here is very good and needed in the 40 degrees c heat. |
